Patient and Visitor Services
Ar-Raha ensures good customer service starting with preliminary interaction at the reception, during the diagnosis and treatment delivery period. We intend to provide uninterrupted care throughout the journey duration at Ar-Raha developing a positive experience, thereby establish a communal support in connection with healthcare facilities. The Customer Service Officer visits cabin and ward regularly, listen to the patients about the related quality of services and take necessary measure to uphold the standard.
Information Desk & Call Center
Located on the way to main 10-Storied Hospital building, customers on arrival find direction to various department and services. Information related to doctors such as details of OPD Consultants, verification or updates on IPD patients, and answer relevant queries ahead of time. Desk receive all outside calls for doctor’s appointment, progress on lab test report, satisfy with appropriate information about the available healthcare facilities. It operates 24 hours every day providing wide range of enquiry supported by the Ar-Raha Information System.

Registration or Front Desk
Registration Desk or Front Desk assist the prospective patients for registration, get the Patient ID Card after entering the required information, and answer any query regarding the availability of OPD Consultants and other relevant service facilities. Formalities related to admission of IPD patients is also completed here.
Billing Counter
Billing is centralized using the accounting management software where only digital payment is allowed unless disrupted by any reason. All bills related to Hospital, diagnostic and any other payment is processed and received at Billing Counter. Payment to any Hospital staff is never allowed under any circumstance and in such case the Hospital Administration will not be responsible for this type of misshapen or loss.

Report Delivery
Co-located with Call Center at the ground floor, the Report Delivery Section delivers lab investigation report to the correct patient or his/her authorized person as per the schedule mentioned in the delivery slip. Report shall not be delivered in person as hard copy or soft copy through email until the payment is found fully cleared at Billing Counter.
IPD Patient Service
Ar-Raha evolves customer service based on empathy, pro-active attitude, and respect for all. Customer Care Service Executive visit the cabin and ward every day to take care of patient’s wellbeing and ensure the required service instantly. He coordinates associated department to solve every single issue projected by the patient and recommend the options to bridge the gap in service delivery system.
Complaint Resolution
Ar-Raha remains ready to receive negative feedback, investigating the prime cause of the issue, and provide solution to questions, concerns, or genuine complaints efficiently and satisfactorily as per the policy guidelines. The patient or his/her guardian is conveyed if the Management feels appropriate.
