Board of Directors Overview

Board of Directors representing the shareholders comprised of 15 members provide directive, guidance, and advice to the CEO and his Management Team. Every Board member is elected from the shareholders in the Annual General Meeting (AGM) who use their position and expertise to protect the best interest of Ar-Raha Hospital & Diagnostic Ltd. Board oversee the operations without getting involved in day-to-day business and exercises supreme authority in decision making process of the organization.

Executive Committee

A 7 (seven) members Executive Committee is a central decision-making body to oversee the routine functioning of the Management Team and responsible for shaping up the organization’s strategic operations, and policy implementation.

Ar-Raha maintains sanctity with holistic approaches in the operational management, treatment, diagnostic services, Operation Theatre, physiotherapy, dental care, and IPD patient monitoring along with dignity and shariah compulsions.

Management Team

Management Team consist of the highest level of Executives specialized in business strategy & operation, administration, accounting, and marketing for managing the healthcare and diagnostic services under the leadership of CEO. The team is responsible for day to day operation and administrative functioning of the Hospital, lab & diagnostic. The CEO organize the resources to generate targeted revenue in conformity with the directives of Board.
